Here’s an interesting return of one of the Potato Print Postcard Party postcards. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to turn this into a postcard. It didn’t look like much to me but who am I to say what is good and what isn’t?
My daughter spent a great deal of time on it and to honor that effort, I stuck the label and postage on it.
Then I kept it in my coat pocket and carried it around for a spell. On a java run I walked over to the community board and stuck it up amongst the band fliers and tantric massage business cards.
Can you spot the card on the bulletin board?
I am finding out that these sanctioned spaces in coffee shops have produced the best rate of return to date. No, I don’t have numbers to back it up. The postcards with holes in them often find their way back to me.
Perhaps actual numbers would be helpful. So far I have 60 postcards have been returned to me, not counting the ones for the “Love 2 Annabelle” project. Three postcards from coffee shop bulletin boards have been returned. That’s 5% of the returns.
I love the Sasquatch drawings!
