I am fairly certain this was placed at the UPS store. I have no picture of the placement so it could have been anywhere. There are two holes made by push pins. Not too many locations where I stick cards on a bulletin board. Figures that all the pictures I take of postcards being placed I have tons that never make it back and the ones that do get returned; nothing.
